Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed on made be shipped to any of the 48 contiguous states in the US, or picked up at Will Call at the Folsom, Roseville, West Sacramento and Elk Grove locations.  In the case of an item being out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to ship your order short or wait until the item arrives before your order is shipped.  We do not place items in backorder.

Privacy & Security

The Brewmeister respects your privacy and has policies in place to protect it.  Information provided to Brewmeister Enterprises, Inc. will be used to process your current and future orders.  If you choose, your email will become a part of our Newsletter and Email list.  This list is only used by The Brewmeister for our email notifications.  Your information will not be shared with any other party.  You may opt out of email communications at any time.  

Returns & Replacements

All sales of perishable goods are final.  This includes items such as yeast, hops, malt, malt extract, etc.  Other goods may be returned for replacement within 30 days if defective.  If a suitable replacement is not available, your choice of a refund or store credit will be issued.


Order will be processed in the order which they are received.  In most cases, this means the same or next business day.  Will call orders received will normally be available by 2 pm the following day.  You will be emailed or called when your order is ready.
