The intermediate brewing class is taught by Brewmeister Employees at Red Bus Brewing Company in Folsom, CA.

The intermediate BIAB brewing class is intended for brewers with a medium level of experience, or beginners looking to skip extract style brewing and move into a form of all-grain. BIAB using the Brewzilla is a unique form of all grain brewing that reduces time and equipment requirements on your brew day.

Some basic concepts, such as sanitization and ingredient introductions are skipped due to this being an intermediate level class. Some beginners that intend to dive straight in to BIAB are advised to run a extract batch a few times, or attend our beginners brewing class for some base level concepts to build up from.

Participants will complete an entire brewing session beginning to end with a Brewmeister instructor, and will have the ability to ask questions freely. Expect brewing sessions to last approximately 3.5 hours to 4 hours. Remaining time after brewing session will be open to questions and discussion.

This class will take place June 18th 8am at Red Bus Brewing Company in Folsom, CA. We love doing these classes, and we know you’ll love it too. Please refer to the E-learning blog for a class schedule, instructors for each class, and further information. Cheers!
