For all of you "red" ale drinkers this recipe is for you. This red barley-wheat ale is, as it implies, reddish in color due to the roasted barley. The wheat and barley combination gives excellent body with high alcohol strength. The Willamette hops provide a good balanced bitterness in the brew.
