1.7 - 2.8 L - Acidulated malt is used to lower mash pH, resulting in better mash efficiency, intensified fermentation, lighter color, improved flavor stability and enhanced flavor. Up to 10% of grist; up to 20% for sours. Treated with lactic acid.
