Modeled after Boddington's Bitter (without the nitrogen), this golden beer has a clean nose with a nice balance of hops and malt. Base malt on this All Grain recipe is Maris Otter. An ideal session beer.
This British Pub Ale kit contains:
9 lbs Maris Otter Malt or
6.6 lbs Pilsen Liquid Extract
1 lbs of British Amber and Bisquit Malts
2 oz. of East Kent Golding Pellet Hops
Muslin Steeping and/or hop bag
Irish Moss for Kettle Clarification/Sedimentation
