The way a West Coast Red is done. Fairly high gravity, lots of specialty malt and great, citrusy Hops! Great with spicy food.
This West Coast Red kit contains:
11 lbs of Rhar 2-Row Malt or 6.6 lbs of Golden Light LME
2.25 lbs of Victory, Crystal 40L, 120L, and Carafa I Malts
4 oz of Centennial and Cascade Pellet Hops
Muslin Steeping and/or hop bag
Irish Moss for Kettle Clarification/Sedimentation
As with all our recipe kits, you have several options for milling, liquid or dry yeast, and with or without priming sugar.
